All products purchased from Aksesaira can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
  • The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) are not the same as ordered by the customer.

How to claim?

You will be required to WhatsApp photographic evidence of the defective item at “+92 309 9485991” or by calling within 10:00Am to 06:00Pm (Monday to Saturday) 
You must notify us regarding your claim within 3 days of delivery.
Product should be sent back to us within 7 days of purchase in-case the claim is accepted by our Team.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock.
