If you are unhappy with your purchase, all full-price purchased product(s) can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at +92-309-9485991 and we will arrange a pickup from the local Shipping Address you provided at the time of placing your order.
Please note that the product must be in unused condition with the price tag attached along with the purchase invoice.
Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will exchange and if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our Team’s part, please contact our Customer Services Team by emailing us pictorial proof/images of the defected product at info@aksesaira.com or by calling us at +92-309-9485991 within 14 days of delivery date. We will arrange a pickup from the local Shipping Address you provided at the time of placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly.
Furthermore, AKS-E-SAIRA holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity, or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
